Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) and Under Armour (UA) are fostering leadership and character development among Baltimore's student athletes through Character Does Matter (CDM) curriculum for the Student Athlete Leadership Council (SALC).

Through Operation Legacy service events nationwide, over 200 volunteers, including veterans, families of the fallen, and community members, united to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro announced that a future San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock (LPD 33) will be named USS Travis Manion. Secretary Del Toro made the announcement on January 10, during a ceremony with the Travis Manion Foundation.
