Operation Legacy
Haverhill, MA - Operation Warm Embrace: Blankets of Love for MLK Day of Service

Please join TMF, the New England Chapter, and local volunteers as we support a community partner!
This Operation Legacy project is a heartwarming opportunity for volunteers of all ages to come together and create cozy blankets for children in need through Project Linus.
Project Linus is a non-profit organization that provides handmade blankets to children in need. The organization was founded in 1995 by Karen Loucks, inspired by the "Peanuts" comic character Linus, who is often seen carrying a security blanket. The mission of Project Linus is to offer comfort and security to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need of a sense of warmth and security.
