  • 7:00 AM: Veterans Village opens
  • 7:00 AM: Online registration and packet pickup opens
  • 7:50 AM: 9/11 Heroes Run opening ceremony
  • 8:46 AM: 5K Start, including the Ruckers in Remembrance, marking the exact time the North Tower was struck on 9/11
  • 9:03 AM: 1-Mile Remembrance Run, starting at the exact time the South Tower was struck on 9/11
  • 9:30 AM: Awards ceremony starts
  • 10:00 AM: Veterans Village closes

• GORUCK RUCKING DIVISION

  Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2024, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully as they have changed since last year.
