We honor the legacy of US Army Specialist Kamisha Jane Block, a lifelong Vidor resident where she was a 2005 graduate of Vidor High School and a member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church of Vidor.  Specialist Block proudly served her country in Iraq as a Military Police Officer, and she is described as "always out to help people with whatever she could."
