Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value Social Intelligence the most. I feel that most of the other strengths are encompassed by Social Intelligence. Being aware of your scenario and surroundings, and adapting to different situations and environments is something that I strongly believe can set someone up for success in life.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
All five of the character strengths help support my work here. The Admin team is the front line of communication with people when they reach out to TMF. These conversations range broadly in their topics, so by “reading the room,” these adaptations help the conversations flow.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Easily what I enjoy most is the comradery that is so visible among each other. Seeing Veterans find their place in TMF is something that really is great to see. So many of them have stories of grit and resilience that are very inspirational, and their perspective offers a whole new level of appreciation for me.
