Personality Profile

What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value gratitude. Coming from an immigrant family, and being a first generation American has made me realize how lucky I am to be in a position like this where I can make a profound difference in the lives of people.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
I believe in a role that deals with Special Events the character strength of Fairness can help me in my everyday role. Treating people with the respect and kindness they deserve, regardless of their background, will allow me to have success in my daily interactions.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Working with Veterans, Survivors, and Inspired Civilians is incredibly meaningful because of the sense of purpose they bring. Coming over from the Middle East I have seen the hardships that many of our Army has dealt with. From this experience and having many close family friends who have served, I have always wanted to give back to the community in any role that I can.
