Annual Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) Returns to Honor 18th Anniversary of Marine Fallen Hero 1stLt Travis Manion in April


The Manion WOD is more than a workout—it’s a tribute to the courage and sacrifice of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who gave his life on April 29, 2007. Taking place April 26-28, 2025, this annual CrossFit Hero WOD unites veterans, families of fallen heroes, and supporters worldwide. Participants complete a 400-meter run and 29 back squats for 7 rounds to honor the legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion.
