HONESTY - LOVE - HUMOR

SGT John T. Good, 28, was assigned to the Wounded Warrior Battalion, A CO at Fort Campbell KY; previously 8-101 96 ASB, Fort Campbell KY. He was a 25S Communication Specialist with the United States Army.

John was born in Wichita, Kansas, to John and Debbie Good. He had three sisters, Bobbie Joe, Lisa Marie, and Angie Ray. He joined the Army in June 2001, shortly after high school graduation, as an 11B and served with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg before reclassing to 25S at Fort Gordon in Georgia. He dreamed of serving at minimum the full 20 for his country.

He was a devoted husband, father and friend. He had a knack with computers and anything electronic. John filled any room he was in with laughter and knew how to empower others.
As a result of radiation and toxic exposure, John’s life came to an end on October 7th, 2011, surrounded by his family.

May we never forget the service and the sacrifice of Sergeant John Tyler Good.
