Allen had a passion for golf that rivaled his love for his family. On weekends, you could often find him on the greens, swinging away with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye.

In addition to golf, Allen was an avid fan of football. He loved nothing more than cheering on his favorite team; his enthusiasm was contagious to those around him. Despite facing the challenge of cancer, Allen remained resilient and spirited. He fought bravely, never letting his illness dim his love for life. On July 14, 2012, Allen Dix left this world, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will forever be remembered for his love for his children, his passion for golf and football, his dancing feet, and his boundless sense of humor. Allen's legacy serves as a reminder to live each day with joy, laughter, and a heart full of love.
