The 2017 “If Not Me, Then Who…” Gala, a national recognition of character and leadership, is scheduled for Thursday, December 7th at the Union League of Philadelphia. The schedule of the events for the evening is as follows:

6:30 p.m. Cocktail Hour

7:30 p.m. Dinner and Program
